10 years ago, I started making videos on Youtube and here I am!

My videos have been seen by millions of peeps and I still don’t really have a niche (that’s why one of my profile handles is “Lizzy’s Outside the Box"). I talk about a number of things but the main thing that people know me for are my workshops on masculine and feminine energy, my self defense technique THE DUD TEST (which I wrote a book about) and some of the philosophies and every day lessons that I post about. I consider myself a modern day oracle because I know a lot and my pattern recognition is unmatched. Now, I hope to continue to bring joy, community and thought provoking conversation through my content.
